- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 25oml/8floz extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
